Motel Casa

At MotelCase, we are committed to providing our guests with a seamless and transparent booking experience. We kindly ask all guests to carefully read this Refund & Return Policy before confirming any reservation. By completing a booking on motelcase.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No-Refund Policy on Cancellations

If you cancel your booking, the payment will not be refunded.

All reservations made through motelcase.com are subject to a strict no-refund policy upon cancellation. Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been processed, no refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation date or reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of travel plans or personal circumstances
  • Weather conditions or natural events (unless covered under a separate travel insurance policy)
  • Illness or medical emergencies (we recommend guests purchase travel insurance)
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or transportation issues
  • Early check-out or no-show
2. Booking Modifications

Guests may request to modify their booking (such as changing dates or room type) subject to availability. Modification requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the check-in date. Please note:

  • Modifications are not guaranteed and are subject to room availability.
  • If the modified booking results in a lower total cost, the difference will not be refunded.
  • If the modified booking results in a higher total cost, the guest will be charged the difference.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Confirmed bookings that are subsequently cancelled by the guest
  • No-shows (failure to check in on the reserved date without prior notice)
  • Early check-outs — guests will be charged for the full duration of the original reservation
  • Bookings made during special promotions, discounted rates, or seasonal packages
  • Reservations made through third-party platforms (please refer to that platform’s policy)
4. Exceptional Circumstances — Refund Consideration

While our general policy does not allow refunds on cancellations, MotelCase reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under genuinely exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • The property being unable to honor the booking due to overbooking or facility issues on our part
  • A government-issued travel ban or mandatory evacuation order directly affecting the guest’s travel
  • Verified bereavement of an immediate family member (documentation may be required)

Any approved refund under exceptional circumstances will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. MotelCase’s decision in such cases is final.

5. How to Submit a Cancellation or Refund Request

While cancellations do not qualify for a refund, you may still formally cancel your booking by:

  1. Logging into your account on motelcase.com and navigating to My Bookings.
  2. Selecting the reservation and clicking Cancel Booking.
  3. Alternatively, emailing support@motelcase.com with your booking reference number and full name.

Cancellation confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that cancellation confirmation does not imply eligibility for a refund.

6. Travel Insurance Recommendation

As our bookings are non-refundable, we strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances. MotelCase is not liable for any losses arising from a guest’s failure to obtain adequate insurance coverage.

7. Third-Party Bookings

If your reservation was made through a third-party travel platform (such as Booking.com, Expedia, or Airbnb), the refund and cancellation policy of that platform will apply. MotelCase is not responsible for refund decisions made by third-party services.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage guests to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks for non-refundable bookings may result in the guest being blacklisted from future reservations. MotelCase reserves the right to contest any chargeback that violates this policy.

9. Policy Updates

MotelCase reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on motelcase.com. Continued use of our booking services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
